Sportsmans Arms Hotel Nanyuki is located in heart of the Mt. Kenya frontier, on the outskirts of Nanyuki town and 2 km from the famous Equator line. The hotel is 3 hour drive from Nairobi. The flying time takes about 35 minutes from Nairobi to Nanyuki Airstrip and a 15 minutes drive to the hotel.
Sportsmans Arms Hotel Nanyuki has standard rooms, a penthouse suite, a honeymoon room, and 1-2-bedroom cottages. There are four ultra-modern wings, which have several deluxe self-contained rooms. The rooms have parquet floors, sumptuous beds with deep mattresses complete with satellite television and free Wi-Fi providing an intimate atmosphere and everything needed for a luxury stay.
The cottages are tastefully fitted with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, a classic fireplace, and exterior porch with a private entrance and parking area. The penthouse suite features a closet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a sitting area.
The onsite restaurants serve a variety of local and international dishes from locally sourced ingredients. Guests can enjoy their meals in the main restaurant, the terrace, and the Afro Bee Restaurant. These areas can also be used for meetings.
There are 3 bars that serve an extensive variety of local and international drinks. Guests can enjoy different genres of music both local and international music as they are sipping their drinks.
Sportsmans Arms Hotel Nanyuki has 3 conference halls that accommodate 30 to 500 guests. The halls are well equipped for business meetings, seminars, presentations, team building, dinners, and weddings.
There is an outdoor pool where guests can take a dip in the hot afternoons. The hotel has a spa, gym, sauna, and steam room which are the perfect places for mind and body relaxation and rejuvenation as well as body detoxification and muscle relaxation.
