Sunrise Beach Resort is situated 7 kilometers the south of Dar-es-Salaam across a ferry 10 minutes on the Kigamboni, Mji Mwema 40 Kilometers via Mbagala (Kilwa road) Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

Sunrise Beach Resort has nineteen (19) cottages with double beds facing the beach intimate relationship with traditional Swahili built-in thatched houses blending coconut leaves Makuti/ Mawale. The cottages are fully furnished, with en suite bathrooms, a mini fridge, a TV, and a mini swimming pool to make your stay comfortable.

The resort also provides camping facilities. Sunrise Beach Resort’s newly built 14 executive rooms are fully equipped with the branded and latest technology which is purposely designed to make your stay most memorable and exclusive.

Sunrise Beach Resort’s team of international chefs will be most delighted to serve you with variety of Indian, Chinese, Continental and traditional dishes. Come and enjoy our specialty in seafood. The Chefs will dazzle you with a flambé show cooking. All at Mtagalala restaurant.

The restaurant has a big screen to let you enjoy worldwide programs through DSTV while you are having your dinner. The resort has two bars. The Bamboo – Main bar, and Mikoko Beach bar are fully stocked.

Sunrise Beach Resort’s famous cocktails are irresistibly entertained by a resident band performing live on every Saturday from 1400 hours onwards. Come and watch the live snake dance performed by the traditional Ngoma Troupe every Sunday from 1400 hours onwards.

Sunrise Beach Resort provides the perfect venue in which to hold that important gathering – be it a business meeting, conference, seminar, cocktail reception, banquet or exhibition. The conference hall is called SINDA Conference Hall named after an Island just overlooking the conference hall. Sinda Conference Hall can accommodate up to 60 guests.
