Sunrise House Vipingo Ridge is a 4 bedroom self-catering house situated within the Vipingo Ridge golf and residential estate, Mombasa North Coast. Vipingo Ridge is a five-star private residential golfing destination on the beautiful Mombasa North Coast.

The exclusive 2,500-acre residential estate is centered around an outstanding Clubhouse with an 18-hole championship golf course. The estate also boasts of a Beach Club, private airstrip, numerous lakes, woodland areas, and nature trails. Vipingo Ridge is located 36 km north of Mombasa on the Mombasa-Malindi Highway.

Vipingo estate is situated about 45 mins from Nyali and 40 mins from Kilifi. The house is located halfway between Mombasa and Kilifi, an hour’s drive from Mombasa airport. There are daily flights direct from Nairobi Wilson Airport to Vipingo three times a week.

The estate also boasts of a Beach Club, private airstrip, numerous lakes, woodland areas, and nature trails. Sunrise House is a state-of-the-art home built to the highest standards. The house sleeps 8 guests in 4 en-suite bedrooms with fans and mosquito nets.

The house has an open plan downstairs sitting and dining room opening on to outside terrace & swimming pool (with a safety net). The living area features a TV with DStv and a DVD player.

All the bedrooms have mini-kitchens with a fridge and tea/ coffee-making equipment and all bedrooms are around the pool. The house is situated around a beautiful designer swimming pool with split-level waterfalls. There is a kitchen, dining, an outside terrace, and a Jacuzzi. Rates include a chef/ house help and access to the private Beach Club.

The property is heavily forested and much birdlife and wildlife are in residence. There are no dogs and no cats allowed on the grounds.

Kuruwitu marine conservancy is an internationally acclaimed initiative and it’s literally on the doorstep!  Snorkel right off the beach and take in the stunning marine ecosystem or take a guided reef walk with the knowledgeable conservancy staff.   Alternatively, you can take a stroll down to the fabulous Vipingo Ridge Beach Bar.

The Clubhouse, Sundowner Sports Bar, and Beach Club all offer an à la carte menu which can be paid in advance as a half board or full board supplement or be paid as you go if you prefer to leave options open and explore further afield by visiting some of the other restaurants in the area
