View Point Lodge Lake Elementaita is situated at the former Kikopey Ranch right on the shores of renowned flamingo Lake Elementaita in Gilgil in the Great Rift Valley. The lodge is situated along the Nakuru-Nairobi highway and 2 -3 hours drive from Nairobi.
There are 6 cottages, all with work desks, wardrobes, private bathrooms and great views of the lake. The lodge also has a large campsite where guests can pitch their own tents and there are shared bathroom facilities.
The onsite restaurant serves both local and international cuisine, and can provide both buffet and a la carte. There is a conference hall that is suitable for conferences, meetings and seminars and can hold up to 50 guests.
The well manicured lawn is conveniently located right next to Lake Elementaita and provides a perfect venue for weddings, reunion parties, picnics, anniversaries and birthday parties.
Activities available in the lodge include bird watching, village visits, nature walks, sundowner and spa bathing at the warm natural hot springs believed to have some medicinal properties.
