Villa Lali Luxury Beach House Matemwe Zanzibar Tanzania can comfortably accommodate 16 guests, with additional single beds available upon request. Four suites are located on Villa Lali’s upper floor, with four suites located on the lower floor. Views of the sea, swimming pool, and garden can be seen from each of the suites. Each room is air-conditioned and has an outdoor area for guests to enjoy the magnificent sunrise with endless unrestricted views.

Villa Lali has expansive views onto the bay, Mnemba Island atoll, and the Marine Conservation area and is surrounded by a tropical garden and has a beautiful swimming pool a few steps away from the beach.

Villa Lali supports the local village farmers and small fresh food producers on the island. The chef will curate a daily menu with a farm-to-table approach. The Villa has several dining options to choose from, such as the indoor dining room, the ground floor terrace, on the breezy upstairs patio (for those sweltering days), at the sandy beach baraza area located by the pool, on the Dolat deck, and the garden.

Find a quiet spot on the property to unwind, meditate or read a book. Walk for miles along the perfect white beach or take a guided walk at low tide to the sandbank (situated directly opposite Villa Lali).

You can also choose to enjoy a cold beverage, cocktail, or a bottle of champagne whilst taking in the views of the island or watching the sunset from one of the patios or decks.

Swim in the pool or the sea lay on the sunbeds, or relax under the Barazza. Play chess or one of the board games on offer. Explore the nearby local fishing village or buy trinkets from the local artisans. Go fishing and snorkeling around the world-renowned Mnemba Island or embark on an early morning fishing trip with local fishermen nearby.

Go kite surfing on the beach. Walk along the coast to the bars, live music venues, and restaurants nearby. Go on a day trip to Stone Town, Jozani Forest, Chumbe Island, Spice farms, etc.
