Villa Serenity is a 4-star beachfront resort situated at Paje Beach, on the southeastern coast of Zanzibar, in the Jambiani area of Zanzibar. The strip of beach bordering the resort is one of the more quiet beaches in the area, allowing for greater privacy and tranquility.

The resort consists of  5 beautiful Villas, two of them with four self-contained bedrooms each, and three with two self-contained bedrooms and a luxury suite overlooking the turquoise waters of the ocean.  Each villa fuses striking North African architecture with traditional Zanzibari design sensibilities, promising the utmost in comfort, privacy, and quietude.

2 Ocean-Front Villas – The villas are both located right on the beach & Each villa has 4 double / twin bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, Dining room, Living room, Kitchenette, Storage room, Extra sitting area(upstairs), Large patio overlooking the ocean & Private pool with kids section.

3 Ocean-View Villas – The villas are located slightly further back from the beach. Each villa has the 3 double / twin bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, a Honeymoon suite, Dining room, Living room, Kitchenette, Storage room, Extra sitting area (upstairs), Balcony overlooking the ocean (upstairs) & A Private swimming pool.

Each Villa has beautifully furnished dining and living areas as well as upper balconies overlooking the ocean. Each  villa offers breathtaking views of the ocean while affording maximum privacy and tranquillity

Villa Serenity‘s restaurant overlooks the beautiful ocean with guests and patrons enjoying a delicious meal inspired by local flavors and spices. Resort guests are also welcome to take meals in their villa.

Each villa has a dining room with a table large enough to seat 6 people, along with a living room. The kitchenette is furnished with a fridge, kettle, and tea/coffee station. The villas are light and airy, with many windows, glass doors, and sunroofs.

Not only is each villa mere steps away from the soft white sands of Paje beach and warm inviting turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean, but it also includes a very private swimming pool.

Activities in the surrounding area include; Water sports, Kite Surfing, Dive with Whale Sharks, Mnemba Island Snorkeling, Swim with Dolphins, visiting Prison Island, Slave Coast, sailing with a traditional dhow, etc
