F-92 Holiday Home Vipingo Ridge is a self-catering house situated within the Vipingo Ridge golf and residential estate, Mombasa North Coast. Vipingo Ridge is a five-star private residential golfing destination on the beautiful Mombasa North Coast.

Set in lush, green, beautiful landscaped grounds at the top of the Ridge, this property commands panoramic views of the Indian Ocean to the East, and spectacular sunsets inland from the roof terrace.

The exclusive 2,500-acre residential estate is centered around an outstanding Clubhouse with an 18-hole championship golf course. The estate also boasts of a Beach Club, private airstrip, numerous lakes, woodland areas, and nature trails. Vipingo Ridge is located 36 km north of Mombasa on the Mombasa-Malindi Highway.

Vipingo Ridge has a private airstrip, and a private helipad located near the clubhouse. The airstrip and helipad provide hassle-free air travel for homeowners as well as greater flexibility and accessibility for visitors. Airport transfers are available upon request from both Mombasa International Airport and Malindi Airport.

Malindi and Mombasa – both about 90 minutes away by car. Standard Gauge Railway makes it faster and cheaper to travel from Nairobi to the coast. The morning train makes a stop in Mariakani allowing you to use the scenic new road to Takaungu, a one-hour car ride from Vipingo Ridge which avoids the Mombasa traffic.

Vipingo Ridge Luxury Home Villa F92 sleeps 8 guests in 4 en-suite guest bedrooms with fans and mosquito nets. This spacious, and airy, Arab style house has four en-suite bedrooms, two on the ground floor either side of the pool and two bedrooms on the first floor. There is a a well appointed fitted kitchen, dining, living area, terrace and a pool. 

Folding doors open up the living room to the verandah creating a huge living space abutting the pool, served by a well appointed fitted kitchen.  Due to the higher elevation of the Ridge, days and nights are cooler than on the beach and, this houses in particular being open plan, catches the breeze from both monsoons.

There is air-conditioning, fans and mosquito nets in all the bedrooms. Downstairs opens out onto an outside terrace and pool area. Rates are inclusive of one permanent member of staff and a chef, as well as access to the private Beach Club.
