Wazi Dubu House Kizingoni Beach Lamu Island is an exclusive, private villa set on Kizingoni Beach, on the beautiful island of Lamu off the North Kenyan coast.

Kizingoni Beach is 2 kilometers from Kipungani village and is at the southern tip of Shela Beach.

The house spacious, cool design and palm fringed position have made it a great favorite with family visitors and party groups alike.

It has soft yellow walls, colorful shrubs and tall coconut palms around the central pool courtyard.

There are 4 double en-suite rooms, 1 twin en-suite room and 1 twin room which is not en-suite. All the en-suite guest bedrooms have private terraces, large netted beds and working desks.

Wazi Dubu has 3 elevated communal areas; the breakfast roof, sundowner baraza and main dining terrace which provide huge views across the Indian ocean, the beach and the passing dhows.

There are vast eentertaining areas decorated with traditional carved plasterwork and sturdy hardwood furniture.

There are also bookshelves and bars, intriguing local artifacts, generous pots full of bright green ferns and palms.

The expansive baraza seats or cool swinging beds that are so comfortable with brightly patterned kanga-covered cushions.

There is an outdoor pool with floating beanbags surrounded by colorful shrubs and tall coconut palms.

Wazi Dubu House Kizingoni Beach Lamu Island has a well equipped kitchen that serves meals prepared from the freshest local produce and sea food.

Guests enjoy their meals in the dining areas, under the makuti-thatched pavilion, by the pool or fresco dining as well as roof top terrace.

There is a dining terrace with a table long enough to seat 16 guests comfortably.The house has several private areas around the house with Swahili swing beds where guests can read and relax or enjoy a drink.

A massage room is available for guests who wan mind and body rejuvenating body treatments. The room is also ideal for yoga.

Activities in Wazi Dubu House include excursions, waterskiing, wakeboarding, windsurfing, kayaking, sup boarding, creek fishing, deep sea fishing, beach walks and snorkeling.
