1500 Hours: We pick you up from your hotel residence and transfer you to the meeting point.

1645 Hours: Climb on board the dhow, meet the crew, and set sail. The sunset cruises leave Stone Town and sail along the coast, slicing through the clear, turquoise water.  The sounds of the bustle of busy people in Stone Town grow faint in the distance until they seem there, only in memory.

Musicians take over the sounds playing taarab, songs of love and loss, on Violin and Oud, as the crew serves canapés and keeps your glass topped up with your choice of drink. The is a selection of beers, sodas, and bottled water, encouraging you to sink back into the cushions and enjoy the romance of Africa while watching the scenery drift by.

Sail for about an hour up the coast. On board our dhow, there’s a personal guide who will accompany you on your cruise and give you information about Stone Town from the water, as well as be able to answer any questions that you may have for him.
