Day 1: Arusha – Serengeti National Park

Fly-in to Serengeti National Park (08:45 am) with Regional Air/ Air Excel, Pick up from the Grumeti Airstrip and drive to Serena Kirawira Camp Western Serengeti with en-route game viewing; after early lunch game drive in the Park, dinner and overnight at Serena Kirawira Camp Western Serengeti.

The western Corridor offers more than just an annual stop-off point for the migration. Its colorful topography of hills, river and flood plains provides year around habitat for many of the Serengeti species. This area is best visited from June through October. Crocodiles/ hippopotamus viewing is common.

Day 2: Full Day Game Drive Serengeti National Park

Full day game viewing. It is possible to see many of the Serengeti’s resident wildlife including giraffe, buffalo, topi, hartebeest, waterbuck, impala reedbuck bushbuck, dik dik, hippopotamus, crocodile, warthog and diverse birdlife. Large prides of lion reside here, as well as clan of spotted hyena. Late afternoon return to the Kirawira Camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Half Day Safari – Fly back to Arusha

Half day safari in the Serengeti National Park to sum-up, and return for early hot lunch and packing; transfer to the Grumeti Airstrip for 12:05 flight to Arusha. The driver will be at the Arusha Airport for further transfers to town.
