3 Days 2 Nights Tanzania Safari – Ngorongoro Crater (Driving) From Arusha
Starting and ending in Arusha, Tanzania, this affordable 3-day road Safari journeys to the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, hosting Africa’s Big Five and an abundance of other wildlife. The tour begins with collection in Arusha city, Tanzania’s safari capital located at the foot of Mount Meru. We travel to Ngorongoro Crater located 75 miles (120 km) west of the town of Arusha. The afternoon is at leisure. You can choose to enjoy one of the many activities available. We spend the night at one of the lodges/ camps on the rim of the crater or close to the entrance gate of the Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area. On day 2, we descend the steep crater walls to explore this diverse wilderness area teeming with Africa’s wildlife. The Crater is an extinct volcanic caldera in the Eastern Great Rift Valley, northern Tanzania from Arusha and is home to populations of Lion, Leopard, and Hyena along with good herds of wildebeest, buffalo, and zebra. Other game in the Ngorongoro includes serval cat, cheetah, jackal, Grant’s and Thompson’s gazelle, flamingo, and bat-eared foxes along with approximately 400 species of bird. 3 Days 2 Nights Tanzania Safari – Saadani National Park (Driving) From Dar es Salaam
This 3-day Southern Tanzania Safari adventure begins and ends in Dar es Salaam and travels to Saadani National Park, one of Tanzania’s lesser-known southern game park in a 4×4 safari vehicle. Leaving the big city behind, we drive to Saadani National Park located just 2 hours north of Dar es Salaam and on the coast of Tanga. The park contains many indigenous species including Liechtenstein’s Hartebeest, Roosevelt sable and other animals such as Elephant, Lion, Leopard, Giraffe, Buffalo, Warthog, Waterbuck, Wildebeest, Kudu, Eland, Baboon and Monkeys. On day two we get up bright and early for a full day of game viewing in Saadani National Park. We take a take a 2-hour boat cruise on the Wami River, which flows through the southern part of the Park. The rich Wami River is perfect for boat trips and the sighting of hippos, crocodiles, and marine birds. On day 3, we wake up in the heart of the untamed African bush and tuck into a hearty breakfast. Then, we set off on our final game drive in Saadani National Park as we exit the park and hit the road, returning to coastal Dar es Salaam where our African adventure started.
3 Days 2 Nights Tanzania Safari – Tarangire National Park (Driving) From Arusha
Starting and ending in Arusha, Tanzania, this affordable 3 Day Tanzania short Safari is ideal for travelers with a limited time and budget in East Africa! The tour travels to Tarangire National Park, home to one of Tanzania’s largest elephant populations and considered one of the most beautiful game reserves in Tanzania. Beginning from Arusha, the tour travels southwest to Tarangire, located slightly off the main safari route, about 118 km (75 miles) southwest of Arusha. The Park derives its name from the Tarangire River which crosses at its center. Tarangire hosts a good variety of predators in sizeable populations. We spend mid-morning and the afternoon enjoying superb game viewing in the park followed by our first night at the camp/ lodge under African stars. Day two of our safari we get up early and spend the full day on morning and afternoon game drives. Tarangire is also home to lots of zebras and wildebeest, as well as plenty of giraffes, buffalos, waterbucks, elands and impalas. On day three, which is our last day on safari, we have a late breakfast before leaving Tarangire with a game drive en-route as we return to Arusha where we started.
3 Days 2 Nights Tanzania Hike/ Trek – Mount Meru Climbing Arusha National Park From Arusha Town
This is a short 3-day Hiking Trek up Mount Meru in Tanzania. The tour begins with a transfer from Arusha town to Arusha National Park. After a short registration at the Gate, continue to the nearby Momella Gate where the walk begins with an escort of a fully armed ranger. Along the way you may see wild animals including elephants, zebras, giraffes, baboons & antelopes. We spend our first the night at Miriakamba Hut (2500 meters). Day 2 of our Mt Meru trek, we hike to the saddle below Little Meru, a short day but a steep climb. After lunch at Saddle Hut, make a short climb to the summit of Little Meru (3,820 meters) for superb views just before sunset. Day 3 begins early at around 1:30 a.m. to climb steeply to Rhino Point (3,800 meters.) and on to Cobra Point (4350 meters). We reach the summit (4,566 meters) at sunrise may see Kilimanjaro Peak above the clouds. Descend down back to Saddle Hut and take a short rest before continuing the descent to Momella gate. At the start of this 3-Day Manyara Ranch Tented Camp luxury safari, you will transfer from Arusha o Manyara Ranch Conservancy - a 35000-acre wilderness located in Makuyuni District in Manyara Region between Tarangire National Park and Manyara National Park in Tanzania. The drive from Arusha takes only 1 hour 30 minutes. Upon arrival, you will embark on a game drive in the Conservancy, home to four of the Big 5 of Africa (Elephant, Lion, Leopard, and Buffalo). This 3-day Wildlife Safari explores one of Tanzania’s top game parks on the well-loved Northern Safari Circuit – Serengeti National Park! Beginning and ending in Arusha, this safari travels to Serengeti located 325 km from Arusha and the drive takes around eight hours. En route, we stop at Olduvai Gorge, the “cradle of mankind,” where the Leakey family uncovered the fossil of Homo habilis, who lived 1.75 million years ago. Our next stop is at Nabi Gate, the entrance to Serengeti National Park where we have our lunch boxes. As we travel the southern Serengeti Plains open up before us, en route to our next camp in the Serengeti. This scenic journey reveals the vast rolling plains of Serengeti dotted by rocky hills called “Kopjes” (inselbergs). The whole of day two is spent game viewing on the plains of Serengeti National Park. Serengeti wildlife includes the Big Five (lions, leopards, rhinos, Cape Buffalo, and elephant), wildebeest, Thomson’s gazelle, zebra, giraffe, eland, topi, kongoni, impala, and other antelope. 3 Days 2 Nights Tanzania Cultural Tour – Hadzabe Bushmen & Datoga Tribes of Lake Eyasi (Driving) From Arusha
This is a 3 day Tanzania cultural safari that takes you right off the beaten track into the remote Yaeda Valley, located to the southwest of the Ngorongoro Crater to explore the cultures of the Hadzabe Bushmen & Datoga tribes. Day one you spend a night in Arusha and the following morning of day two, travel to Lake Eyasi, the native homeland of the Hadzabe (Hadza), one of the last hunter-gatherer tribes in Africa with approximately 1,300 tribe members. Spend the afternoon, visiting with the Datoga tribe. These pastoralists are also skilled blacksmiths. They collect metal scrap, which they cleverly process into bracelets, arrowheads, and knives. You will also visit one of the huts in the village. In the evening learning more from your guide, gaining an understanding of the Hadzabe people, their traditions and skills, and also the wider area. On day three, you will be accompanied by an expert guide and go hunting with Hadzabe for an hour or 2. You will walk, run, and crawl through bushes looking in the shrubs for birds, antelopes, birds, mongoose, and larger herbivores. Later, you will return to Arusha where our fantastic 2-day Hadzabe Bushmen and Datoga cultural tour ends.
3 Days 2 Nights Tanzania Historical Tour of Bagamoyo Town (Driving) From Dar-es-salaam City
Starting & ending in Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania, this unique 3-day cultural holiday travels to Bagamoyo Swahili historical town. The town of Bagamoyo is found 70 km north of Dar es salaam City. On Day one of the tour begin with a road transfer from Dar es Salaam to Bagamoyo. On arrival, we visit the Kaole Ruins, ruins of the Shirazi trade town with the oldest ruins of an Islamic mosque in the region, stemming from the 13th century. Then visit Kaole Mamba sanctuary (crocodile farm), where both young and old crocodiles are bred before being shipped aboard. On day two of the tour, we explore Bagamoyo Historical town in the company of an experienced guide visiting Bagamoyo historical town buildings such as the Caravan Serai, the German Boma, the first Post Office in East Africa, the Fort, Arab Tea House and the Kaizer Street lined by buildings with highly decorated Swahili doors and the first Roman Catholic Church building on mainland Tanganyika. We spend the morning of day three at leisure resting on the beach and later have lunch, then return by road to Dar es Salaam.

Beginning and ending in Dar Es Salaam, the tour travels to Nyerere National Park (formerly the northern part of Selous Game Reserve), located 300 km from the capital city of Tanzania. Nyerere National Park (Selous) has Africa’s greatest populations of elephants, buffalos, lions, and hippo. See Africa’s famous wildlife and incredible scenery on this 3-day tour to Mikumi National Park, one of Tanzania’s less-crowded Game Park located in the Southern Safari Circuit, a 4-hour drive from Dar es Salaam. Departing from Dar es Salaam, we drive west then south-west to reach Mikumi National Park in the Morogoro Region. In the afternoon, we explore the landscape and wildlife of Mikumi. Elephant, buffalo, zebra, and wildebeest are commonly sighted, along with various antelope species such as impala, kudu, hartebeest, and eland. Other animals to keep an eye out for in Mikumi are lion, giraffe, hippo, hyena, wild dogs, warthogs, baboons, and more. On day two we get up bright and early for a full day of game viewing in Mikumi National Park. The protected area consists largely of seasonal floodplains covered with grasslands that are similar to the savannahs of the Serengeti, dotted with thorn trees and baobabs. You will enjoy incredible game viewing in Lake Manyara National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater. Begin from Arusha where you take a scenic countryside drive to Lake Manyara National Park located 125 km (78 miles) west of Arusha town, which is a 2-hour drive. Lake Manyara is home to tree-climbing lions, leopards, big elephant herds, hippos, buffalo, zebra, baboons, and wildebeest. On Day 2 we take a scenic drive towards the Ngorongoro Crater to the northwest. This 3 -day Tanzania Safari combines three northern Tanzania wildlife areas namely Arusha National Park, Tarangire National Park, and Lake Manyara National Park. The safari begins with the closest national park to Arusha town – Arusha National Park, home to Mt Meru standing at 4565 meters, Ngurdoto Crater, and the Momella Lakes. Upon arrival in the park, we enjoy a peaceful and scenic canoeing safari and later proceed on a half-day game drive in the park which is famous for white and black Colobus monkeys, Burchell’s Zebra, Giraffe and herds of Buffalo, Bohor reedbuck, Python, Elephants Bushbuck, Hippos and many water birds. Day two begins with traveling to Tarangire National Park, known for its big herds of elephants. Tarangire hosts an array of wild animals, including lions and buffalos, as well as various antelopes, wildebeest, giraffes, and zebras. Beginning and ending in Arusha Tanzania, this 3 day Tanzania road safari explores Sinya Wildlife Conservancy, a private wildlife concession on the west of Mt. Kilimanjaro, adjacent to Amboseli in Kenya. The Safari begins from Arusha, followed by a drive to a private concession that the Maasai call Insinya. The journey takes approximately 2 hours from Arusha. Sinya Private Wildlife Conservancy is about 600 square kilometers and is located in Tanzania. The conservancy offers spectacular landscapes with magnificent views of Kilimanjaro, Mount Meru, Ol Doinyo Longido, and the Amboseli plains. A perfect 3-day safari from the town of Mwanza to 2 of the best Tanzania’s northern safari destinations – Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater. Serengeti National Park Ndabaki Gate is about 140 kilometers northeast of Mwanza. Serengeti wildlife includes buffalo, elephants, giraffes, eland, topi, kongoni, and impala. Lion is often found on a kill. Cheetah is very common on the southeastern plains, while leopards can typically be found lazing in one of the big trees along the Seronera River. On day two we depart from Serengeti National Park and drive to the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater. Along the way, explore the endless plains of the Serengeti where the wildebeest migration originates. Have a brief stop at either Olduvai Gorge or Masai village (optional). The diverse habitats found on the fertile crater floor support a variety of wildlife, including elephants, monkeys, hyenas, jackal, and herds of zebra, wildebeest, buffalo, and other antelope species. On day 3 we begin the drive back to Mwanza or Arusha with game viewing en route. We have a picnic lunch along the way and arrive early evening where the safari comes to a close.

This 3-day short Kilimanjaro Hike follows the Marangu Route, the easiest and shortest route to the summit of Kilimanjaro however you will NOT reach the summit. This Kilimanjaro hike begins with a transfer to the Kilimanjaro National Park Gate (1840m). Upon arrival at the Gate, we complete the necessary paperwork before starting our hike up Mt. Kilimanjaro. After a 4-hour walk, we reach our first overnight stop, the Mandara Hut (2670m). Day 2 begins with an early breakfast before continuing our trek. We soon reach the tree line passing into the heath and moor vegetation zone. We hike for about 4 – 6 hours to reach the Horombo Hut, at an altitude of 3700m. On Day 3, we have breakfast and get magnificent views of the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in the morning sunrise, then begin to retrace our steps, heading back down to Mandara Huts for lunch. Continue descending through a lush forest path to the National Park gate at Marangu. Our vehicle will meet you at Marangu village to drive you back to your hotel in Moshi/ Arusha or to Kilimanjaro Airport. This 3 day Tanzania road safari to Ruaha National Park begins and ends in Iringa, an important agricultural town, and the gateway for visiting Ruaha National Park or other Southern circuit safari parks. Departing Iringa by road, we take 2.5 hours (approximately 120 km) to Ruaha National Park on Tanzania’s Southern Safari Circuit. Ruaha National Park hosts large populations of lions, cheetahs, and African wild dogs as well as sizeable leopard and hyena populations. In the afternoon, embark on an incredible wildlife safari in the wild and remote Park, hosting large populations of predators and a diversity of other wildlife. On day two we set off into the unspoilt bush in search of wild animals and birds. The whole day is dedicated to 4×4 game drives in Ruaha National Park.
