
The Anabas Mount Kenya Lodge is situated at the foot of Mt Kenya along the Mutonga River. Anabas has 4 beautiful waterfalls and a Trout farm and offers both fine dining and fly fishing adventures as well as a therapeutic environment that makes one forget the hassle and bustle of everyday life.
This Mt Kenya lodge is located at about 3000m altitude in the Parklands, by the Chogoria park gate on the Chogoria Route with spectacular views of the peaks of Mount Kenya. The drive to the Lodge is 22 km. from the Chogoria gate entrance and about 30 km from Chogoria town through a breathtakingly beautiful forest belt.
A great variety of wildlife may be seen in the vicinity of the lodge – especially in the early morning or evening, especially buffalo, waterbucks, antelopes, and monkeys. If you are lucky you may see some elephants and the occasional leopard.
Our accommodation ranges from junior suites, superior rooms, deluxe rooms, group rooms, and camping. Each room has a living area, fireplace, hot shower, and a log fire with tea and coffee facility 24/7 in the suites and superior rooms.
