Bush Baby House is a stunning property and the perfect place for families and friends to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life on the pristine shores of Lake Naivasha. The grounds are teaming with life, from monkeys playfully swinging from the trees to hippos grazing on the lake’s shores. The lawn is perfect for outdoor activities and the Lake provides endless opportunities for adventure, from fishing to boating and birdwatching. With three spacious bedrooms and eight comfortable beds, this private house can accommodate up to 10 guests. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with vibrant tones and cozy beds to ensure a restful night’s sleep. All the bedrooms boast en-suite bathrooms, providing added privacy and convenience for guests.  The living room is the heart of the home, offering a warm and inviting place to relax and unwind. The plush sofas and armchairs are perfect for curling up with a good book or a game night with loved ones. The large windows offer breathtaking views of the surrounding Acacia trees, bringing the beauty of nature indoors.

The veranda features a large dining table that can seat up to ten guests and the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for delicious meals. The house is self-catering, so please remember to bring all the necessary ingredients for cooking during your stay. In addition to the stunning beauty of Bush Baby House, guests have access to all the amenities of Camp Carnelleys. This includes a restaurant, and bar, as well as a wide range of outdoor activities such as boating, hiking, and cycling (Hells Gates National Park is close by).

Guests have access to our beautiful Camp grounds right on the shores of Lake Naivasha. We have a large bar and restaurant on-site, 2 minutes walking distance from Bush Baby House. At Lazybones restaurant you can enjoy a large selection of continental, fusion dishes. We are famous for our delicious wood-fired pizzas and fresh homemade lemonade. Bush Baby House is a self-catering house like no other at Camp Carnelley’s.

This private house offers the best of both worlds – a secluded natural garden with an enormous veranda and natural wood finishes, providing a warm, serene atmosphere while relaxing in the natural surroundings of Naivasha.
