Chuchungi House Kizingoni Beach Lamu Island is a 3 Bedroom Private (All-inclusive) Holiday Home located on Kizingoni Beach in Lamu Island. The house is a 30-minute speedboat ride down the mangrove channels to the other side of Lamu Island. The beach house nightly rental prices include exclusive accommodation, all meals, all drinks (excluding luxury spirits & champagne, which must be ordered in advance), all in-house activities (including a morning and afternoon acitvity, and sundowners), pick up and drop off at Lamu airport, by speedboat and fully inclusive of Value added tax.

Nestled on the creek side of Lamu Island, Chuchungi House is one of the few properties on the Kenyan coast offering views of both creek and ocean, looking over the Indian Ocean to the east and Lamu Creek to the west. The house, designed to capture the essence of Lamu’s old town and Shela, boasts four floors with panoramic views, ensuring both sunrise and sunset can be enjoyed.

The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, while the second double and twin rooms share a bathroom. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area, and spaces for relaxation. The third floor offers another dining area, a sofa with ocean views, and a small desk with good WiFi. The top floor houses a secluded area, perfect for facials and massages.

Tastefully decorated, the house remains cool with white stucco motifs and excellent fans, while mosquito nets ensure comfortable nights. Modern amenities include hot showers, a large freezer, ample storage, and laundry facilities. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a long, deep swimming pool perfect for laps, alongside a small splash pool for children.
