Ikweta Safari Camp Meru National Park is a safari accommodation situated 2 km from the Murera main gate of Meru National Park and 348 km from Nairobi.

Maua, the nearest town, is located 60 km north of Meru on the North-Western slopes of the Nyambene Hills and about 35 km west of Meru National Park). There are 10 spacious tents thatched in makuti and tastefully decorated in safari style and with high-quality furniture including either twin or double beds.

Each tent features a private verandah with spectacular views of Meru National Park. The bathrooms are en-suite with a modern shower and toilet. Guests enjoy delicious cuisine prepared from fresh local produce and from the camp’s own Greenhouse and farms.

The meals are cooked and served to order and vegetarian dishes are available. There is a lounge and a well-appointed bar where guests can relax and unwind as they enjoy their drinks. The camp also has a swimming pool and extensive beautifully landscaped grounds.
