Karen Blixen Coffee Garden & Cottages Nairobi is a luxury boutique hotel, situated on a historic site in the leafy suburb of Karen, Nairobi, close to the famous Karen Blixen Museum, a beautiful, peaceful suburb approximately 20 miles from downtown Nairobi.

The cottage is 15 minutes from the Nairobi National Park and Orphanage and 10 minutes from the Sheldrick Elephant and Rhino Orphanage. Karen Blixen Coffee Garden cottage is 45 minutes from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, 10 minutes and Karen Shopping Centre.

Karen Blixen Coffee Garden & Cottages Nairobi are adjacent to the Karen Golf and Country Club where guests can enjoy a host of leisure activities, including golf, tennis, and squash. A host of other amenities such as shops, restaurants, and financial services can all be found nearby, within the Karen suburb.

The Coffee Garden sits on 5 acres of land with large hundred-year-old trees, beautiful gardens and pool, and hundreds of different varieties of blooming flowers, and a large population of birds. 

The Coffee Garden has 12 En-suite rooms each with large bathrooms and one large Honeymoon (Executive) Suite. There are 3 units which house two en-suite bedrooms and a joint sitting room (Family Style Cottage).

There are no triple rooms but an extra bed can be used for small children. All rooms are furnished with fireplaces, verandahs, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, mini-refrigerator, bath and shower, and hair dryers.

There is a swimming pool for guests. Karen Blixen pool restaurant offers late-night room service and early morning breakfast. Meals can be arranged in the pool restaurant, bar, garden, or your rooms. Full board and half board available on inquiry. There is also a small gym, spa (massages, manicures, facials, etc.)

* Third bed priced at 20% less of per person sharing rate. Subject to availability
* Children from 12 years will be charged the full rate. This applies to today rooms as well

* Maximum single rooms allowed per booking are 4 rooms. Any additional single will be charged as a double room
* Check-in 1200 hours. and check out 1100 hrs. Early check-in could be arranged subject to room availability. Late Check out can also be arranged as a day room subject to room availability
