Loyk Mara Camp

Loyk Mara Camp is a luxury family-friendly camp located at the bank of a seasonal river called Ntiakitiak on 150 acres of private land at the border of Olare Motorogi Conservancy and the Masai Mara Game Reserve. The camp is accessed through Talek gate which is 260 km from Nairobi (5 hours by road)

The camp has 16 luxurious en-suite rooms for business, leisure, and physically challenged guests with all-in-room amenities and private verandahs.  The nearest airstrip is the O-lKiombo which is 20 km from the camp (45 minutes by Air from Nairobi.

Activities in the camp include archery, billiards, bonfire, table games, swimming pool, game drives, nature walk, sunrise/ sundowner, eagle Nest viewpoint, bird watching, balloon safari, open-air cinemas, and kids adventure club.

The camp has a restaurant, bar, lounge, gift Shop, and pool. Places of interest include tours of the great wildebeest migration, the Maasai Mara National Reserve, and visits to Maasai Manyatta cultural villages.

Loyk Mara Camp has 10 fabulously luxurious en-suite rooms designed to accommodate business and leisure travelers with all-in-room amenities and private verandas. 1 family suite and 8 tents which can be set as Single, Twin, or Double rooms upon your request. All tents are fully equipped to make your stay safe and comfortable in the heart of wild nature.

Each tent features a work desk, mosquito net, safe, telephone, tea/ coffee making facilities, furnished verandah, and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a flushing toilet and solar-powered hot water shower. Other tent facilities include; mosquito nets, hygiene products, 24 hours electricity & a Personal safety box. 

The onsite restaurant accommodates over 25 guests creating an ambiance space to enjoy food services. The raised dining area and lounge are built on a raised deck providing superb views across the Savanna plains. The Alfresco terrace offers magnificent views of the passing parade of wild animals whilst enjoying exquisite food and wine.

There is a bar that serves freshly made juices, signature cocktails, and a variety of domestic and imported wine lists, premium spirits, and beers while admiring the breathtaking view.

Loyk Mara Camp Kenya has a small traditional Masai Manyatta open for every Guest day or night. Here guests can learn more about Masai cultures, beadwork, and traditional Masai housekeeping. There is an outdoor pool where guests can relax.
