Magashi Camp Akagera National Park has 6 spacious, airy tents with uninterrupted views over Lake Rwanyakazinga. The main area includes a luxurious lounge, dining and bar area, pool and expansive viewing deck with a cozy fire pit. The architecture and interiors take inspiration from traditional Rwandan culture.

Magashi Camp Akagera National Park ARates Include

Full Board Accommodation, all meals, twice daily scheduled camp activities, all local drinks and laundry, transfers between the camp and the North Gate of Akagera National Park, local Government taxes. In the event of a change in local taxes or the introduction of additional taxes, these rates will be adjusted accordingly

Notes

* Minimum stay of 2 nights
* No triple share accommodation is available
* Children 13 years and older may participate on walks
* Children between 06 and 16 years of age must share with an adult/s in the same room
* Magashi has 6 guest tents which can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests sharing per room
* Children aged 0 – 16 years will pay the adult rate less 65% during low season, (01 Mar – 31 May and 16 Oct – 15 Dec) and less 35% during high season, (01 Jun – 15 Oct and 16 Dec – 28 Feb)
* Children aged 06 years and older are allowed. For families travelling with children between 6 and 12 years (inclusive), sole use of a vehicle is required. As there is no private vehicle offering at Magashi, a minimum of 3 tents (either on double occupancy or single occupancy with a single supplement) must be booked and charged for to accommodate this

* Comprehensive travel insurance policy (with medical and evacuation insurance) valid from the date of itinerary confirmation (all guests travelling to Magashi must be covered by such a policy)
