Sentrim Amboseli Lodge

Sentrim Amboseli Camp is a tented safari accommodation located on the border of Amboseli National Park and 3 km from Kimana gate and offers amazing views of Mt. Kilimanjaro. The lodge distance from Nairobi via Namanga is 240 km on the Nairobi-Arusha road, through Meshanani gate.

The other road is via Emali 228 km on the Nairobi-Mombasa road. Access from Mombasa is mainly through Tsavo West via Kimana gate. It takes approximately 4 hours by road to Amboseli Sentrim from Nairobi and 35 minutes by air. Sentrim Amboseli is 15 km from the Amboseli airstrip.

Sentrim Amboseli Camp has 60 luxury tents/ houses and 2 family houses. Each tent/ house is en-suite and features a minibar, tea/coffee-making facilities, and a safety deposit box. The family house has a living area.

There is an onsite restaurant that serves a variety of cuisines. The main dining room has a sitting capacity of 120, but meals can also be enjoyed on the guests’ private veranda. The well-stocked bar serves soft drinks, beers, wines, and spirits. Guests can relax and unwind in the open-air lounge.

Surrounded by a shady sunbathing area with sunbeds and umbrellas, is the swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The lodge has a well-equipped conference hall that can hold up to 30 delegates. There is also a massage parlor that offers massage and other body-rejuvenating treatments. Free Wi-fi is also available.

Amboseli National Park lies in the North West at Mt. Kilimanjaro, on the Kenyan border with Tanzania. The park covers 392 km and forms part of the much larger 3,000 km Amboseli ecosystem.

Large concentrations and a variety of wildlife inhabit this arid savanna, making Amboseli a popular tourist destination. Amboseli is the place where you can watch elephants with the snow-capped Kilimanjaro in the background.

Sentrim Amboseli camp activities include; game drives, village visits, bird walks, bush meals, sundowners, guided nature walks, hot air balloon safari, and in-house cultural activities.

* Daily – Fee paid for a single entry to a national park, national reserve, or sanctuary and which shall be valid for no longer than twenty-four hours
