Entim Camp Masai Mara

Entim Camp Mara is an eco-friendly camp in the Maasai Mara, overlooking the plains and the Mara River. The camp is close to where the Mara and Talek rivers meet, right in the heart of the migration area only 10 minutes away from the main Wildebeest crossings point during the migration.

The Masai Mara is 270 km from Nairobi (a five-hour drive by road). Entim Camp is less than an hour from Nairobi by plane and you land at Ol Kiombo Airstrip which is 25 minutes away from the camp.

Entim Camp Mara consists of the main camp and the private wing. Entim’s main wing overlooks the Mara River, while the private wing has an intimate bush setting ideal for photographers. Entim Camp is a small camp with only 10 tastefully but differently furnished tents.

The 12 new luxury en-suite guest rooms are raised on wooden decks overlooking the Mara River. Handsomely decorated using earthy tones, there’s a seamless flow from inside to outside and down to the river. Each tent is en-suite with a flush toilet and hot shower and a large secluded verandah with seats.

There is a cozy lounge area with a small library, separate bar, and dining area, which is open-fronted allowing guests the unmatched experience of eating meals while watching the animals move to and from the river to drink and forage for their food.

Early evenings can be enjoyed over sundowner drinks in discreetly selected spots away from camp; or after a game drive and hot shower, around the campfire. The dining area offers a more intimate setting for our delicious home-cooked meals.

The camp’s prime location along the Mara River is unrivaled for seeing and photographing animals all year round, but particularly to observe the greatest wildlife show on earth; over a million wildebeest, zebra, and antelopes migrating from the Serengeti into the Masai Mara 

Entim Mara Camp does not have a swimming pool or paved paths because the experience at Entim is not your average hotel or lodge experience: it’s about being right in the hub of one of the most famous wildlife reserves in the world.

Masai Mara Park Fees

* 100 US Dollars per adult, per night from 1st January to 30th June
* 200 US Dollars per adult, per night from 1st July to 31st December
* 50 US Dollars per child, per night all year (aged 3 to 17 years inclusive)
