Mara Topi Safari Lodge Masai Mara

Mara Topi Safari Lodge is a budget safari accommodation situated in Maasai Mara, within the Maasai Mara Eco-system. The lodge is located 1.5 km from the main gate, Ololaimutia Gate, and 230 km from Nairobi’s capital city.

The Camp can be reached either by road or by air. The distance from Nairobi to Masai Mara is approximately 250 km. It takes around 5-6 hours by road while flying time takes about 45 minutes. The nearest airport is Keekorok, 13 km from the lodge.

The Masai Mara is regarded as the jewel of Kenya’s wildlife viewing areas. The annual wildebeest migration alone involves over 1.5 million animals arriving in July and departing in November.

Mara Topi Safari Lodge consists of 15 cottages in a combination of single, double, twin, and triple rooms, all ensuite with clean bathrooms fitted with hot shower facilities.

Breakfast lunch and dinner are presented buffet-style and feature a wide range of local and international cuisines. Varieties of Traditional African food and Asian and European foods are served at the restaurant.

Sundowner/ Bush Dinner – After a long day roughing it on a game drive in the wild, sit back and watch the sunset while sipping on a perfect handmade cocktail. Dine at a beautifully set table in the savannah, under an Acacia tree lit and warmed by a bone fire watching traditional Masai dancing.

Wildlife – Nowhere in Africa is wildlife more abundant. The Mara is known as one of the finest wildlife destinations in the world, with an excellent chance of seeing the big five, cheetah, serval, hyena, bat-eared foxes, black-backed and side-striped jackals, hippo, crocodile, baboons, warthog, topi, eland, Thompson’s gazelle, Grant’s gazelle, impala, waterbuck, etc.
