Mara Sweet Acacia Lodge, Maasai Mara Game Reserve, has 32 guest rooms in the following categories:

All rooms have balconies with sitting areas, bio-flush toilets, hot showers, and wooden floors. The Superior Rooms sleep one or 2 guests in each and have 2 showers, one inside and the other in the open, with a wild view of the spectacular Mara.

The Deluxe Rooms also have 2 showers: one indoor and one open-air. The indoor shower has a spacious bathtub, a waterfall shower, and a bio-flush toilet.

Family cottages have two sleeping areas, each featuring a double or twin bed. There is a common sitting area, 2 showers, and an indoor and an outdoor open-air safari shower.  The family room category can hold a maximum of 4 adults.

Other lodge facilities include; Other facilities at lodge include; Main Block consists of receptions, curio shop, kitchen, restaurant and bar, an outdoor swimming pool, accommodation with terrace and free Wi-Fi.
