2 Days 1 Night Amboseli National Park Flying Safari
2 Days 1 Night Amboseli National Park Flying Safari is an excellent introduction to Kenyan Safaris and the diverse wildlife of Amboseli National Park, including the Big 4 of Africa (lion, leopard, elephant, and African buffalo). The tour departs from Nairobi, ends in Nairobi, and includes the services of expert guides. Fly straight to Amboseli National Park from the Wilson Airport in Nairobi. Your guide welcomes you upon arrival at the airstrip and drives you to the exclusive camp/lodge inside Amboseli National Park. Traveling in a safari vehicle with an open top we pass through open plains, and game viewing en route to your accommodation in Amboseli National Park.
Arriving at the camp/lodge we have lunch and relax in the wilderness before our first game-viewing adventure. In the afternoon we set off for a gamedrive in Amboseli National Park searching for wildlife and birds. Our first night in Amboseli includes meals, a (Nairobi -Amboseli) flight, an Amboseli airstrip transfer, and a game drive in the Amboseli Game Park. Amboseli is famous for close encounters with big herds of elephants. This Kenyan national park is a photographer’s paradise combining close-range wildlife sightings with scenic landscapes, featuring the towering Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s tallest mountain. The vegetation of the Amboseli varies seasonally with green swamps in rainy times and arid bush in dry periods, both well-suited to game viewing. Wildlife sightings include the big cats of Africa, as well as the Big Five of Africa.
On our second day on safari, we get up early and have breakfast at the camp/lodge, before packing up and driving back to the airstrip. Fly back to the Wilson Airport in Nairobi, the capital of Kenya, where this short African wildlife adventure comes to a close.
Our 2 Days 1 Night Amboseli National park flying safari package is a short overnight flying luxury trip to Amboseli National Park from Nairobi.
Amboseli is renowned for the huge herds of elephants that roam its expanse and spectacular views of Mt Kilimanjaro, Africa’s tallest mountain.
One of the most popular parks in Kenya, Amboseli has a wide variety of wildlife, including 4 of the Big Five, and a number of rare species including wild dogs, lesser kudu, and nocturnal porcupines.
The 450 species of birdlife recorded here include waterfowls such as pelicans, kingfishers, crakes, hammerkop, and Egyptian geese.
Activities in the park include game viewing, bird watching, visiting Masai villages, and elephant research.
Whether you are alone, with family, or with a group of friends, this is a great way to spend 2 days out in the bush, encountering herds of Wildebeest, Elephant, and Zebra, or seeking out the park’s prowling predators.
Return to camp in the evenings and savour a delicious meal. Swap stories of the day’s encounters around a cosy fire and listen to the sounds of the African night – the call of a Leopard or the roar of a lion in the distance.
